"Dan and his team (Michele and Stacy) have been my home/auto/life brokers for over 20 years now. Whenever I call, they know who I am as opposed to a faceless/nameless client. The personal touch is huge when navigating insurance. Fortunately, I have not had too many claims, but those we've had to file were handled swiftly and professionally. I recently had to obtain FEMA flood insurance and they were able to expedite obtaining the policy despite several setbacks unrelated to them. Thank you for all you do Dan, Michele and Stacy!!"

"My family and I had a wonderful experience with State Farm. Tong helped my family of 3 at the time with our life insurance policies. I have health issues and she was very patient going through different type of policies that will benefit me well. The whole process went smooth. I had another child a few months after and also got a life insurance policy for the baby during this Covid quarantine phase. Tong mailed me all the paper work that I needed to sign and return. Any questions I had, she was quick to resolve over the phone with me."

"I was searching for car/ life insurance and shopped multiple places. Was not satisfied with Allstate. I must say Tong is a breath of fresh air when it comes to the insurance business. She was very friendly and very easy to communicate with. She gave me multiple quotes for both car and life insurance. Questions were answered promptly, even when the numbers had to be recalculated. Although I already had settled on a different car insurance company, she still gave recommendations based on my lifestyle and property values when choosing the policy at another company! Not once did I feel any pressure/force to go with State Farm. With that said, Tong made me feel comfortable and confident with a life insurance policy through State Farm. I used to have Allstate for everything and always felt like I was just a cash donor to them. I've never had customer service from an insurance representative like this before. Best thing is Tong even reached out afterwards to see if I was happy with my policy and had any other questions. It made me feel cared for and not just another number. Great customer service is very hard to find. I highly recommend anyone to at least get a quote with Tong. Thank you, I am a satisfied client. Keep up the great work!"
